Firestone Complete Auto Care

After son had a flat in his Toyota SUV, he was changing tire and it dropped off the jack. We got the tire changed and it was making noise when moving, so went over to the Firestone since it was close by, thinking this may cost a little bit if there was damage. Guy at the desk heard my description and asked me to pull up to bay.... he had one of his guys take a look and popped the dust cover out without removing wheel and put air in tire in about 5 minutes -- the guy at the desk was Redd and said no charge. It is all about the Manager.

Thank you so much to the guys who got me back on the road, all within an hour! I needed the skid pads on my car to be re-secured. From the jump Bryce assured me over the phone that they could get it fixed the same day (I was calling them late in the afternoon - after working the graveyard shift, for context). He also gave me a quote so I wouldn’t be blindsided. At the store they were, fast, friendly and efficient. Now I can get to work without sounding like Niagara Falls is coming down my back bumper! 🥴

I'd been dealing with rodent damage in my car for 2 weeks that a body shop was supposed to have repaired twice. I went to Firestone for a second opinion. Bryce helped me with my vehicle and let me know the next day that after the technician Chris looked it over, they found damage that had not been taken care of by the previous 2 attempted repairs. My vehicle has not had any issues since and I am very thankful to them for fixing this issue that I had been dealing with. I will be coming to this Firestone indefinitely now thanks to them. I appreciate it a lot.

I came in on Memorial Day when manyPlaces were closed. I was very grateful to have Firestone to help as my tires had a severe leak. Ended up having to replace the tire but the staff was very nice and attentive- they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Very impressive!

Had a 10 am appointment, arrived and checked in at 9:45. Services requested were front end alignment, and oil change they recommended brake fluid change and air filter replacement. It is now 1:45 pm been here closer to 5 hours than 4. Still held hostage I'm the white suburban, if they moved slower they'd be going backwards. Larry A says what do you expect cant fix it it the snap of a finger Overpriced for a 5+ hr wait
